Unless otherwise agreed, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges will be prepaid by us and added to your invoice unless we are supplied with the buyer’s freight or shipping account for collect charges. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground unless other instructions are provided. Any special or additional charges for services rendered in transit or at the destination will be the responsibility of the customer. Title and risk of loss will pass to the customer upon delivery to the common carrier.
